Self-paced heart rate control for treadmill exercise
8 data sets from 4 participants during a self-paced heart rate control study implemented by the treadmill. Each data set mainly consists of the target heart rate, the measured heart rate, the nominal heart rate response, the set treadmill speed and the distance measurements.
